Ms. Amy El-Tobgy is a professor of general education studies and IT/Business consultant. She has over 30 years of combined academic as well as corporate experience. She holds a BA of Commerce, and MA of Communications specializing in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications from Washington State University.
Amy joined Yorkville University as a fulltime GES professor in April 2019. She has been involved as a lead instructor for English for Academic Purposes; Sociology and Culture; Creativity and Innovation; Philosophical Thought and Leisure; and Technology and Society.
She worked with her teams to build a repository of shared resources on MS Teams.
Amy is a community volunteer. Ancient civilizations and travelling are of special interest. She worked in Egypt, China, Thailand. As an educator, she is focused on working with young adults as they are our future leaders.
