Dr. Jody Merritt is the Professor for the Human Resources Management and Development (BUSI 2103) and Business Organization Analysis (BUSI 4013) courses. Jody is a Certified Human Resources and Training and Development Professional offering a well-integrated theoretical perspective; proven investigative skills and a strong background in human resource management, teaching and learning, facilitation, curriculum, faculty development experience and research ethics in higher education. While building her human resources career, Jody found herself taking many of her credentials through online education (M.B.A., M.A., and D.B.A.). This has led to an interest in helping her students succeed in similar educational settings. My other interests include curling, spending time with my two Labradors and travelling.
