Having facilitated and supervised graduate adult education for over 15 years including online courses, Paul draws upon 35 years of experience in the K-12 and postsecondary education sectors as well as community and industry. Since completion of an EdD at the University of British Columbia in 2006, he brings to his teaching and research a longstanding interest in organizational and community-based learning and leadership, as well as sustainability education, Indigenous studies, poststructural and postcolonial inquiry, and action research. Current research is focused upon the development of communities of inquiry in online teaching and learning.
