Richard Viflanzoff earned a BSc. (Mathematics) from York University, an MBA from Athabasca University and is currently completing his PhD in International Business with the International School of Management. Along with his education in business, Richard has over 20 years of experience in operations management for a global manufacturing and distribution company. Also, he has been learning Mandarin Chinese for business. Richard is very passionate about teaching and online learning. He completed a Teaching Effectiveness Certificate and Culturally Inclusive Educator Certificate with Humber College. Richard employs highly innovative and collaborative techniques to communicate with his students to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in class and online.
