I am a professional educator with diverse experience and strong record of learner centric teaching activities. I hold a Ph.D. in consumer psychology and with dual specialisation for Marketing and Human resource management. Also I hold CPHR- Candidature (Certified Professional in Human Resources) certification – BC and Yukon. I have about twenty years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level in various business management programs across various universities In India and Canada along with nine years of industry experience in Human Resource Management. I am a Certified Executive Coach and Lead Assessor from DDI – United States and have worked for various Psychometric Assessment projects for companies like General Motors, Holcom, Ambuja, ACC , Idea cellular etc . On a personal level , I am a happy go lucky person who always believes in living in the moment and to the fullest .I enjoy embracing the lessons learnt from even smallest experience , stand up and continue to grow .Patience and perseverance are my key handling drivers .
