Umeka Naidoo is the Instructor for the Organizational Behaviour and Management Course. Umeka’s professional background includes training, instructional design, research, consulting and lecturing. She has a deep commitment to online education, which has lead to her completing an EdD, a MBA, B.Comm degree, Cert in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design, Cert in Public Relations and Dip in HRM. Her hobbies include engaging in fair bit of culinary activity as well as travel with her husband. She views travel as an opportunity to explore a variety of nationalities, cultures, subcultures, national histories and political standings.
